Task: To increase the energy independence and environmental sustainability of Ukrainian communities by providing them with tools for processing wood and wood waste, particularly in preparation for the heating season and to address the destruction of energy infrastructure caused by the war.

Solution: Supply 136 of the most powerful, trailer-mounted, gasoline-driven wood chippers with a conveyor system ARPAL MAX

Result:
Local access to fuel: communities have developed the ability to process wood and debris from damaged infrastructure and green waste on site for heating schools, hospitals and residential buildings, even during periods of active hostilities.

Financial reorientation of funds: funds previously allocated for purchasing external biomass and logistics have been redirected to meet other urgent community needs.

Social security: in specific communities (e.g. Bobrovytsia), the equipment provides heating for over 25,000 residents and 2,500 internally displaced persons, as well as social infrastructure institutions. This lays the foundation for long-term modernisation.
