Sector Needs

Investors require projects with measurable impact, not just polished reports. Investing in solutions that deliver quantifiable effects is essential, whether that is reducing waste disposal costs or generating free fuel.

Projects that genuinely improve the environmental situation are needed, rather than those that merely create the appearance of activity.

We provide solutions that generate economic benefits for recipients rather than merely consuming funds. Rather than sitting idle, equipment must pay for itself and generate revenue.

We are a partner with transparent procedures and a proven reputation. We offer full procurement transparency through our electronic bidding system and open financial reporting. We hold certificates of conformity to safety standards.

You can be confident that our equipment performs in real-world conditions, not just in theory. We have a proven track record of implementing projects across various regions of Ukraine, which you can visit in person to consult with management and witness the operational results first-hand.

The ability to deliver the same experience, whether to a single village or the entire country, without changing the approach or the supplier.
Effective changes
with ARPAL

Branches no longer need to be disposed of or burned at great expense. Instead, they can be processed into firewood or wood chips, which can be used as free fuel for heating or mulching. Instead of being an expense, they are an energy source right under your feet.

ARPAL is a tool that addresses multiple issues simultaneously, including waste disposal, fuel provision and job creation. Communities transition from being aid recipients to active participants in the green economy. Local residents gain new vocational skills, the community secures a stable income and the region gains a reputation for environmental responsibility.

We have dozens of projects already in operation, not just “polished presentations”. All of our activities are transparent, including certificates, reports, procurement and case studies. We don’t waste time on bureaucracy; we drive effective change in Ukraine through practical implementation.

USAID
Task: To increase the energy independence and environmental sustainability of Ukrainian communities by providing them with tools for processing wood and wood waste, particularly in preparation for the heating season and to address the destruction of energy infrastructure caused by the war.
Solution: Supply 136 of the most powerful, trailer-mounted, gasoline-driven wood chippers with a conveyor system ARPAL MAX
Result:
Local access to fuel: communities have developed the ability to process wood and debris from damaged infrastructure and green waste on site for heating schools, hospitals and residential buildings, even during periods of active hostilities.
Financial reorientation of funds: funds previously allocated for purchasing external biomass and logistics have been redirected to meet other urgent community needs.
Social security: in specific communities (e.g. Bobrovytsia), the equipment provides heating for over 25,000 residents and 2,500 internally displaced persons, as well as social infrastructure institutions. This lays the foundation for long-term modernisation.
