The knives can process up to 200 m³ of wood on a single sharpening, allowing you to work longer without stopping and maintain high shredding efficiency.

Made of durable alloy steel and designed for heavy-duty use, the knives can handle hard wood species and maintain stable cutting geometry.

Circle cut

  • Longer service life and faster replacement. Unique round blades made of 41CrMo4 alloy steel can be rotated to extend their service life. Simple mounting simplifies maintenance.

  • Alloy steel 41CrMo4 with high impact toughness is used. The cutting edge is heat treated using the microwave hardening method: a hard surface (60 HRC) is combined with a soft core. This allows the knives to withstand impacts without breaking and to perform consistently even under heavy loads. The round shape allows the cutting edge to be used repeatedly by rotating the knife.

Manufactured goods are dispatched via delivery services no later than the next business day after the agreed completion date.

The ‘ARPAL’ company delivers wood chippers and shredders across Ukraine. All products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Vinnytsia.
