This Privacy Agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing and storage of personal data, as well as the citizens’ rights to privacy and self-expression.
Caring for the development of customer relationships and understanding the importance of protecting your personal data, the “ARPAL” online store has prepared this Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) and the terms of use for the website https://arpal.ua, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings. Please read this page carefully, as the information set forth herein is important to you as a User of the site.
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. ‘Site Administration’ – refers to the authorised employees of the “ARPAL” online store who are responsible for managing the website and processing personal data. 2.1. By using the Site and/or placing an order, the User confirms that they have read this Privacy Policy.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Personal Data Controller for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase and sale agreement, providing services, complying with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, as well as on the basis of the User’s consent — in cases where such consent is required in accordance with the law.
2.2. Consent for the processing of personal data is provided by the User in cases expressly provided for by Ukrainian legislation, particularly for receiving informational and marketing communications.
Personal data is transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for performing the contract, ensuring the Site’s functionality, and complying with legal requirements. This does not constitute dissemination under personal data protection legislation.

3.1. The “ARPAL” Online Store uses the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
3.1.1. identifying the User registered on the Online Store website for the purposes of placing and fulfilling an order and/or concluding Goods Purchase and Sale Agreements, and processing payments;
3.1.2. providing effective customer support to the User;
3.1.3. providing personalised Services to the User;
3.1.4. communicating with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of Services, the provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
3.1.5. improving the quality of Services and convenience of services, developing new Services and products;
3.1.6. providing information about goods and services sold by “ARPAL”, about promotional campaigns conducted by “AAAA”, responding to enquiries, and fulfilling obligations of “ARPAL” to consumers of goods (services);
3.1.7. conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalised data.
4.1. Categories of Personal Data collected by the site (either independently or through third parties) include: Cookies and Usage Data.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the User either independently or collected automatically by the site during use.

4.3. If the User provides the Personal Data Controller with the personal data of third parties (recipients, payers, representatives, etc.), they confirm that they have the appropriate legal grounds for doing so, in particular that they have obtained the relevant person’s consent or have another legal basis.
The User guarantees that the transfer of such data does not violate the rights of third parties or the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
Should third parties make any claims or demands in connection with the unlawful transfer of their personal data, the User undertakes to resolve such claims independently.
5.1. Personal data is processed and stored: for the duration of the contractual relationship; for the periods established by the tax and accounting legislation of Ukraine; until consent is withdrawn (for marketing mailings); no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
5.2. Personal data may be transferred to third parties in cases where it is necessary to fulfil contractual obligations to the User, organise the delivery of goods, process payments and banking operations, perform technical administration and ensure the functioning of the Site, and comply with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
This transfer is carried out on the basis of agreements with such persons or other legal grounds provided by law.
6.1. Users have the right to:
6.1.1. know whether their Personal Data has been stored;
6.1.2. contact the Site Administration to learn about its content and origin;
6.1.3. verify its accuracy or request that it be supplemented;
6.1.4. delete, update, or correct it;
6.1.5. convert it into a format that ensures anonymity;

8.3. The User’s personal data may be used for legal purposes in court or at the stages leading to a possible legal action due to the fact that the site or services were used improperly.
The User is aware that the site administration may be compelled to disclose personal data at the request of public authorities.

10.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Online Store Website, unless the new edition of the Privacy Policy states otherwise.
10.3. In case of disagreement with any changes made to the Rules, the User must stop using the Site and may request that the Site Administration delete their Personal Data.
