What happens if I put a branch with a diameter larger than the maximum?

Is it possible to buy a machine without an engine?
Yes, but in this case you will not get a warranty.

What happens if it pulls me in?
The length of the input hopper will not let you reach the blades. But please don't try it. Also, all our machines have a safety bar, so if you press it - the machine stops immediately.
At what speed of the PTO tractor does the wood chipper work?
All shredders operate at a PTO rotation speed of 540 rpm. If you need to increase the power, you can switch to 1000 rpm.
How long the are the chunks which the wood chipper cut? How can I regulate it?
It is impossible to adjust the length of the chunks. There is an inverse relationship between the length and diameter of the branch. The thicker the branch, the shorter the chunk. The wood chipper AM-60 cuts into pieces of 5-8 cm long. The wood chipper AM-160 cuts into pieces of 12-24 cm long.
What is the minimum thickness of the branch which your chipper can cut?
The gap between the knives is less than one millimeter. Everything which is thicker will be cut.
What else can your chipper cut?
Our shredders successfully handle rolls of wallpaper, paper spools, smuggled cigarettes, corn stalks, vines, etc.
What main consumables for wood chippers need to be changed?
Knives are the main consumables. They need to be sharpened once per 200-300 cubic meters of firewood. It is also necessary to change the V-belts, oil and filter of the gasoline engine periodically.
What oil is used in the engine?
The crankcase is filled with oil for 4-stroke 10W30 or 10W40 engines.
