Yes, but in this case, you will not receive warranty service. The only exception is the AM-60BD wood chipper, which cannot be purchased without the engine under any circumstances.

The material produced by this process can be used as fuel in pyrolysis and solid fuel boilers, as well as in fireplaces and stoves. It can also be used in the production of charcoal.

The blades only need to be sharpened once for a maximum of 200 cubic metres of processed material. After this, the blades can be resharpened and continue to be used. The blades can be resharpened a maximum of six times.

The engine is shipped without oil. Before starting the engine, fill the crankcase with the recommended oil.

Phase one: The engine should be run at idle for three hours, with cooling breaks every 45 minutes. Specifically, run it for 45 minutes and then allow it to cool for 15 minutes. Repeat this cycle three times.

Second phase. Before using the wood chipper to its full capacity, 20 operating hours must be completed processing small and medium-diameter branches.

Third phase: Once the previous stages have been successfully completed, replace the engine oil.

There is a reminder on the input hopper regarding the correct procedure for starting the engine. Please ensure that you have followed all the recommendations.
The most common problems and their solutions:

1. The emergency stop terminal is pressed. Pull back the latch on the limit switch
2. Engine malfunction: Refer to the engine operating manual.
3. The throttle lever is not in the starting position. Move the throttle lever to the ‘start’ position.
4. There is a lack of fuel. Fill the tank with fresh, high-quality fuel.
5. There is a lack of engine oil. Add the appropriate grade of engine oil to reach the required level.
6. There is no ignition spark at the spark plug. Check, clean or replace the spark plug.
7. The air filter is dirty or clogged. Clean or replace the air filter.
8. Flooded carburettor. Unscrew, clean and dry the spark plug. Replace if necessary.
9. Use high-quality fuel. Drain the old fuel and clean the carburettor and fuel filter.
10. Clogged fuel filter or hoses. Check the fuel lines for blockages or obstructed areas.
11. Check for loose contacts or damaged wiring. Check the condition of the electrical wiring.

The safety clutch or thermal relay of your wood chipper will engage under critical loads, helping to prevent damage to the unit or the installation.

Fuel consumption depends on the operating mode. The engine manufacturer officially specifies a maximum fuel consumption rate of 230 g/hp*h. Based on practical customer feedback, the approximate fuel consumption rates are as follows:

7 hp engine: 600 g/h;

20 hp engine: 1500 g/h;

35 hp engine: 3500 g/h.
